The addition of soluble silica to nutrient solutions
increases floral weight, and strengthens the plant against disease
and spider mite attack. It is an important mineral not found in many
fertilisers. Bud link also aids the plant against environmental
stress and helps nutrient uptake. Best results are obtained when Bud
link is used from early growth through to harvest. This constant
supply of Bud link soluble silica is imbedded in to the plants cell
walls and helps to prevent bud rot later on.
When used as a foliar spray it is easily absorbed by the leaves and
forms a barrier against airborne bacteria and harsh light levels.
