NUTRIENT ADDITIVES
Overview
In hydroponics as the plants are grown in an inert media the plant's
nutrition must be supplied from the nutrient mix. In fact a plant
obtains only 25% of what it needs through its roots, the other 75% comes
from the air in the form of Carbon Dioxide.
Nutrient additives are commonly used in hydroponics. All of our
additives are used in addition to the nutrient solutions as a means to
enhance growth rates, increase root systems and create bigger plants
with higher yields. They are also used to improve seed germination,
create healthier mother plants, seedlings and cuttings. Normally plants
that have been fed with additives are healthier and have a better
resistance to plants and diseases.
